Подготовил ну ооочень подробную инструкцию по прошивке нашего аппарата.
Перед началом всего процесса вам потребуется Mi аккаунт и выход в интернет.
Если вы уже являлись владельцем смартфона или какого-либо устройства Xiaomi, то у вас уже должен быть Mi аккаунт и вам не нужно его регистрировать. Но если это ваш первый смартфон от Xiaomi, то вы можете зарегистрировать его «не отходя от кассы», потребуется только ваш номер телефона.
Для этого нам нужно зайти в Settings(настройки) => Mi Account Если на этом этапе вы вдруг вспомнили, что у вас есть аккаунт, то просто войдите в него. А если нет, то жмите Create account using phone number.
Далее введите свой номер телефона, на него отправят смс с кодом, который вам нужно будет ввести и Mi аккаунт готов.
Если по каким-то причинам вы не можете использовать для этого номер телефона, то можно зарегистрировать аккаунт с помощью электронной почты. Для этого переходим по адресу https://account.xiaomi.com/pass/register Вводим свой адрес электронной почты.
После нажатия на кнопку «Создать Mi аккаунт» переходим в свой почтовый ящик, подтверждаем его, переходя по ссылке из письма и готово.
После того как аккаунт будет подтверждён, вы попадёте в личный кабинет. Здесь есть одно важное число.
Это ID вашего Mi аккаунта. Он нам пригодится.
Теперь ваш аккаунт готов.
Переходим к более важным вещам.
Чтобы перепрошить телефон нам необходимо иметь доступ к загрузчику системы. Загрузчик системы это такая область внутренней памяти телефона, которая считывается самой первой при включении устройства. По умолчанию она заблокирована производителем, чтобы уберечь телефон от рук злоумышленников. Если смартфон будет утерян, то скинуть Mi аккаунт будет невозможно, не имея доступа к загрузчику системы. Именно поэтому пишут, что сервис «Найти устройство» перестанет работать, если загрузчик системы будет разблокирован на вашем устройстве. Это не совсем верный перевод с китайского на английский, а затем на русский. Сервис «Найти устройство» будет работать всегда. Но если ваше устройство попадёт всё-таки в нехорошие очумелые руки, то злоумышленники могут завладеть им полностью, перепрошив телефон.
Но разблокировка необходима, если вы собираетесь самостоятельно перепрошивать ваше устройство и Xiaomi предусмотрели такой вариант.

так же в TWRP показывает «internal storage 0 mb» что это,как это вылечить?
Пробуйте другие прошивки + поменяйте версию FlashTool.
Если не поможет, тогда придется восстанавливать в сервисе через программатор.

In this tutorial, we let you know how to fix ‘No OS installed are you sure you want to reboot’ error that usually occurs on Android phones after flashing a custom ROM or wiping partitions in TWRP recovery. You can easily fix the issue, if you have full back up your system (Nandroid backup) and by restoring it. Alternatively, if you have already a custom rom on your external SD card, by flashing it can fix the error.

1. Install ADB and Fastboot drivers on your computer. The simplest option is installing 15 seconds ADB Installer [Details HERE]

3. Now, download a custom ROM (for example, CM13) and save the zip file inside the ADB installation folder. You can add Gapps too.
4. Connect your phone to your PC via USB cable, go to the ADB folder and open Command Prompt window there (Shift + right)
5. Issue the below command. Your device should list in the CMD window. If not, install proper driver for device on your PC and repeat the command.
6. Now, issue the command:
adb push filename /sdcard/
[Replace the filename with the name of your ROM zip file]
7. It will copy the ROM zip file to your internal storage. Repeat the same command for Gapps as well.
8. You are almost ready. In TWRP recovery, flash the custom ROM (source – XDA).

Чтобы убедиться в том, что вы всё сделали правильно и загрузчик разблокировался надо запустить телефон в режиме загрузчика, в первой строчке должно быть указано белым текстом по розовому фону *** UNLOCKED *** Если появилась строчка *** TAMPERED *** вверху, это нормально!.
