After 6 months, I have come back to play this game, but it doesn’t work for me. When I try finding servers on the official servers, there’s no result. I tried the method of finding servers manually in Steam, but when I connect, it keeps saying,»Unable to query server info for invite» everytime I try joining an official server. I searched through many forums, but it didn’t work out. I tried looking through my firewall, but it was already allowed access to. I tried the reset with the cmd, but nothing happened. Please give me the solution to this problem. My computer runs around 8 fps only when I’m playing on single player, so I have to go to multiplayer, which has better fps, but not working for me atm.

3 reboot computer then try to find/join servers again.

I’ve dug through countless forums. tried messing with ports, messing with my router, waited for updates, and done countless other things. I was about ready to give up. and then I happen to see your simpe little solution and I gave it a try. and I’m in.
I’m so happy. I can’t even. seriously, if you’re ever in northern Nevada, I owe you a bj or something. lol
After a long time i found a fix for this.
In my case i had a server half a year ago and it was still installed and had mods on it. i returned to it today and couldn’t find it in the server list, it was in the steam server browser but came with the error «unable to query server info for invite» to fix this install ark open it once to load the mods. after that follow these steps
1. Open your ark mods folder. mines placed here «E:\arkserver\ShooterGame\Content\Mods»
2. Delete all the mods (will be replaced soon)
3. copy all your mods from your games folder «E:\SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods»
4. make sure the mods are in your servers gameusersettings found here: «E:\arkserver\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsServer»
5. now it should be on the server list and joinable.
IF this dosent work. then it can be one of these issues:
Your game version thats not up to date
Your servers version that isnt up to date
Your routers ports arent open or your ip has changed
Your firewall is blocking the ports
your game data is corrupted and has files missing.
