Есть несколько причин, по которым у вас могут возникнуть проблемы с вашими платежами через Uplay, например:
Что делать, если покупки Uplay не работают?
1. Убедитесь, что информация о вашей кредитной карте указана
2. Попробуйте купить с сайта
Если вы подозреваете, что ваш клиент Uplay не работает, попробуйте принудительно остановить его или удалить.
2.1 Принудительно остановите Uplay и перезапустите его снова
2.2 Удалите и переустановите Uplay
Если это тоже не сработает, зайдите в магазин Ubisoft на их веб-сайте, войдите в свою учетную запись Ubisoft и совершайте покупки оттуда.
Игры скоро появятся в вашей игровой библиотеке при следующем входе в Uplay.
3. Имейте терпение
Поскольку существует множество случаев, когда для обработки покупок требуется много времени, вам просто придется подождать.
Вы либо получите игру, либо вернете свои деньги.

Ubisoft store purchase saying «Oops, your payment could not be processed.»
I have been trying to take advantage of the black Friday sales, but the ubisoft store won’t let me complete my purchase. I have tried countless times with 3 different credit cards. Every there is that stupid «Oops, your payment could not be processed» message. I know the message is 100% BS because it gives the same message when I type in a completely false credit card info. Plus I’ve used the same credit cards for other online purchases from other retailers.
I submitted a ticket, but you can’t actually get a response until weekday business hours.
If someone from tech-support can PLEASE process my order with the credit card on my account, that would be great. Thank you!
Hello Pauldog1984! Welcome to the forums. I checked your account and did not see any purchase attempts under the account. I do see that you have a ticket open about this issue. Are you able to update your ticket with a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
I noticed on your ticket that you said you also were using the 20% discount code from Ubisoft Club. Can you provide what you were trying to purchase? Please note that the discount code cannot be used on newly released titles for the first 90 days (i.e. ACOD, Starlink). You can read about the Black Friday sales here.
I updated my ticket to include more pictures of the items I attempted to purchase and the error message I received.
No It’s not solved yet. I have a hold for pending purchase on two of my cards for the full purchase price. I still get the same error while they hold the money. It’s 100% ridiculous.
Update. now the stuff in my shopping cart is starting to sell out. Thanks for not having any customer service during the busiest shopping day of the year Ubisoft. such garbage.
I do not see any transactions on your account, failed or otherwise. That either means the transaction isn’t getting to us from wherever you are purchasing the item or that you are using a different account than the one used here on the forums.
Or it means your worthless website is refusing to even attempt to process any type of payment. Even when I click on the PayPal option it still says there’s a payment error BEFORE IT EVEN GOES TO THE PAYPAL POP UP TO LET ME LOG INTO PAYPAL AT ALL! /rant
I’m having the same problem. Neither my Paypal account or my Visa card will work. It doesn’t even give me the prompt to log into Paypal.

In these cases, your bank is usually holding the payment, and you would receive the funds once the transaction times out.

How could MY BANK be responsible if YOUR WEBSITE won’t even let me attempt to use Paypal? If I choose Paypal at checkout, I literally get the same payment error BEFORE your website redirects me to login to Paypal. Also, if this many people are having the issue, then your online store / checkout process is horrifically designed AND you guys don’t even care because you have super short hours on weekdays only for getting support with purchases.
Paypal finally worked for me, I just got it to go through. Maybe it was a late night thing where some component was down for maintenance? I know it wasn’t bank related since I tried Paypal and Multiple cards from different banks last night and nothing worked.
I can see on my bank statement that list all the failed attempts i’ve made to conclude the transaction. I REALLY hope i won’t be billed for somethin i didn’t paid.

I can’t speak for everyone, but I submitted my support case ticket 4 days ago. I also tried to get live chat support all day yesterday, but it was completely down the whole day. So please stop sending us to fake, non-existent support.
What kind of company doesn’t reply to help emails for over 4 days?!
I was able to get in live chat with British support, but they just refused to help because I’m in the North American region.
Can we get ANY help for North American orders. Please.

I finally got an email response back to my case. This was the part that solved my problem:
«Thank you for providing us with some images of the issues you are experiencing. We do see that you are trying to purchase a total of 10 items for this checkout.
Please note, our online store has a strict item limit of 7 items per transaction. Anything over this seven item limit will cause the order to fail.»
I would just like to say that it is unbelievably ridiculous that there would be a SECRET 7 ITEM LIMIT for checking out! To make it even worse, there is NO MENTION OF THIS in any of the error messages. AND the stupid free game they give you (which I already own) counts as 1 of these 7 items. Myself and several others could have been saved a lot of trouble if this was just made public knowledge! Plus, Ubisoft would have made more money by making this more clear. Please get your Ubisoft store crap together and have some timely customer service.

When getting a game is a biggest challenge. In meantime my friends are leveling up and I will be left behind. It’s clearly problem on ubisofts end and decent amount of people having same issue. Some sort of acknowledgement would be nice.
I have the same problem. I have tried to buy the Welcome Pack on The Division 2 for the past 4 days, with no luck. Each and every time I try it gives me the same message. I tried with 2 different PayPals, each with different cards on them
Payment processing issues
I tried purchasing division 2 multiple times April 5th and 6th. I received the same oops, we can’t figure out how to run a website message. Submitting a ticket is basically saying I don’t care and I’ll get to you maybe next week. Seems they still haven’t figured it out after reading all the posts.

I’m sorry if my English is bad, but can Ubisoft put the sales in Steam? So, that others can just buy the game there, if there’s any problem when it comes to debit and credit cards? Or is it going to be unfair for Ubisoft to put the sales in Steam? Just curious, because I tried to buy a game called Assassin’s Creed Origins Deluxe Edition using my debit card and it kept saying «Oops your payment could not be processed.» I tried buying it three times and it wouldn’t work. I kind of panicked, because I didn’t want my money to get taken without me buying anything. Like what the other people said in this thread. I was really excited to buy it too since it’s 70% off.
