A review of your eBay account has raised some concern that your use of services may not meet the guidelines in eBay’s User Agreement. As a result, we’ve taken the following action on your account:
— Selling privileges have been temporarily restricted. You won’t be able to list new items. You’re also not allowed to register a new account.
— Some or all of your listings may have been removed. A list of any removed items will be listed further down in this email.
— We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).

Кто-нибудь из уважаемых участников форума сталкивался с такой бедой? Чем все это может закончиться? Что за странный номер факса? Где он находится этот факс? В какой стране? В этом номере уже указан код страны или нет? Можно ли использовать бесплатные Интернет-сервисы для отправки факса на этот номер? На многие мои лоты я не имею документов, подтверждающих их покупку. Чем мне это грозит? Какая вообще перспектива того, что в моей ситуации снимут ограничения на деятельность продавца?

Перспектива такая: если с твоей стороны всё чисто и ты им сделаешь требуемое то они дадут анлок и дальше торговать

Доброго времени суток! Неделю назад пришло сообщение от ебэй о приостановке продаж с аккаунта сейчас требуют инвойсы и ID, с айди проблем нет а вот инвойсы по многим позициям не могу показать, я слушал есть сервисы которые берут эту нагрузку на себя за определенную плату. Просто нарисовать инвойсы не получится так ебэй сверяет и может прозвонить в контору, так что нужны оригинальные инвойсы, которые заставят их поверить. Прошу помогите если знаете сервис, кто сможет помочь! вот сообщение от ебэй.

We restricted your account because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.
This restriction means the following:
— Your selling privileges are temporarily restricted. You won’t be able to create new listings or revise any listings that are live on our site. You also can’t register a new account at this time.
— If you’re a seller participating in managed payments, we are withholding your future payouts. You’ll start getting paid again after you resolve your restriction and your account is reinstated.
— Some of your listings may have been removed. You’ll find details of any listings we removed below.
— All fees paid or payable for listings that are ended and/or hidden from search will not be refunded or otherwise credited to your account.
Once you complete these requirements, reply to this email, and we’ll review your account. We may ask you to provide additional information during our review.

To maintain a safe marketplace we sometimes request additional information from sellers even if they have excellent feedback and a great record on eBay.
There are many reasons that might contribute to our decision to learn more about a seller. Factors we consider are the kinds of items being sold, number of items being sold, cost of those items, how long an account has been registered on the site, how much experience that account has had selling items, the amount of feedback they have, etc. We are unable to get into specifics about what we look for due to security concerns.
However, we can say that based on some of these factors we determined that we wanted additional information about your business model before permitting additional sales. Документов на данный товар от китайских поставщиков у меня нет, так как работаю через посредника. Потом вспомнил, что когда у меня кончался товар, я покупал некоторое количество в магазине, продавая в ноль, чтоб сохранить активность аккаунта и получать отзывы. Нашел чеки и накладные на эти покупки. Отсканировал, отправил им.

Блокировка произошло в момент когда было открыто 2 диспута, что товар не доставлен. Как понял из письма, что якобы у мент нет tracking numbers. Продаж очень мало и все номера естетственно есть. Написал уже 4 письма в member@ebay.com ответа нет досих пор. Чата на us версии сайта не нашел, подскажите куда еще можно написать?
